We FW'ers spend a lot of time bitching about companies and their practices so here is a happy ending story.
No, not THAT kind of happy ending SIS.
I had an order to Amazon for a couple of video cards which had mail-in rebates. I ordered 2 and just recently received a notice that my rebates were rejected to to invalid date or some such crap. After going through the hassle of filling out the forms and sending them in I sent an ultimatium to customer service this morning telling them to fix it "or else".
2 hours later they sent me a goodwill refund for the full amount. Fast and easy, so thanks Amazon CS!.

Ditto!
Last year I ordered some snow chains from Amazon. They were sent via USPS and were delivered at my apartment complex. I am pretty sure another tenant stole them. I called Amazon, told them my story, and they sent me out a replacement at no cost. I love their service!
While on the subject: I had ~$3 MP3 download credits, ordered 2 $0.99 songs, which ended up on my credit card. I contacted email customer support, who advised that the credits expired last month, but issued a credit anyway.
With Wallmart now gunning for Amazon, and growing competition for the Kindle, Amazon realizes that it is necessary to keep customers happy, and will continue to earn more of my business. Amazon's subscription service is also great - free shipping, regardless of the price, and there is no obligation to take future items - almost too good to be true.

English translation please?
If I understand samee correctly, you are a disgruntled Amazon Marketplace seller, who was forced to replace an item by Amazon, when a customer claimed it was never shipped - am I getting warm? Let me guess - the item was shipped without tracking information, so you were unable to provide Amazon with proof of delivery? If this is the case, I support Amazon for standing behind their customer - no sympathy here.

"standing behind their customer"? try order from them and you can some times wait so long- what do they care, that's why when i have to buy there i prefer 3rd party seller who is always scared of being punished by the monsters and make sure to send on time i even like new sellers there better than old for this reason

I assume you are speaking of them sitting on orders that are "Free Super Saver." I usually get Amazon orders in a day or 2 after they ship. Think about it, why would you, as a customer, pay to ship something when you can get it in a few days for free? They are creating an incentive for paying for shipping. If you need it right away, pay for the standard shipping (or subscribe to Prime). Can't complain when shipping is free. They even tell you it will take a while to ship. Also, the usually ship it sooner than when the order says it will ship.
Amazon is amazing with its orders. Once I ordered a 12V to 200V converter, which almost smoked in my car. Amazon reimbursed the whole price no questions asked.

I've been very impressed with Amazons customer service. I particularly love their 'call me' feature. No more sitting on the phone for 40 minutes listening to terrible static muzak.

Free Super Savers are taking a very long time to get shipped out now they in 2008. Amazon Prime wasn't that good if you use third party vendors then your stuck. Amazon and one of their vendors had made a big mistake but the vendor return the all of my money and still delivered the product because they didn't get my cancel notice from the Amazon Supervisor and then Amazon gave me $10 bucks off on the next order.

Wow, and people wonder why foreign buyers or ESL speakers are stereotyped as scammers...
Yes, Amazon makes people happy when they complain for the first time, but do people forget that Amazon has been canceling the accounts of persons who have returned three items?
