Thanks for the heads up. I haven't been to the site in a while and there was a survey about toothbrushes. I would imagine that I'm too late, but I filled it out just in case.

I wasn't invited. Maybe because I took part in the Sonicare tootbrush testing...?! Don't see any info about OralB in my page after login.
I didn't get an email, but I logged into my account and the offer was there, so I clicked on it and filled out the online survey and just now I opened my email and got this confirmation: SWEETNESS!
