PS3 users can now reserve their netflix streaming disc in: Consumer Alerts

If you go to Netflix you can now reserve your ps3 disc to allow instant streaming from Netflix. They will send you an email when the disc ships later in the year when released. I believe it it supposed to be later this month but not sure. Hope this helps some of you out.
