Hello my fellow FW'ers, I'm hoping someone out there has some insight on how and where to find a killer deal on ceramic tile. I'm looking to buy about 35'ish tiles, 12" X 12" to redo the bathroom. I can't seem to find anything really below what's listed on Home Depot and Lowe's for about $1.88/sq ft or so. I'm really trying to see if I can find a way to get a bargain for such a small amount of tile. My inner FW'er doesn't wanna pay too much, lol! Any help with this would be greatly appreciated, thanks so much!

try craigslist for something low tech like tile that you can go and check before buying.

so you're looking for about 35 square feet of tile at less than $1.88/sf? We're talking about $65 or so? only thing you might find is the equivalent of carpet remnants. 35 sf is kind of a lot of leftover to be sitting around and what are the odds that you will find the one you want? unless you don't care what it looks like.
call around tile show rooms, maybe you can get 5 sf of this tile and 5 sf of that tile and mix and match. but $2 is extremely tough to beat.

Have you gone to HD or Lowes store? The ones near me always have pallets of clearance stuff for as low as $0.39 sqft.
