Updated: I usually cook for myself and sometimes get too busy to cook. Just got a few Nutrisystem meals from Big Lots -- not that tasty but I guess it was okay. Very small portion though........
I used to get those cheap fast food for lunch. Now I can bring these to work. Hopefully I can lose some weight.
Me: 5'8 This morning I weighed 142.5 lb I want to lose at least 15 lb in 3 months.
============== Smart Ones from Weight Watchers, or Lean Cuisine are just like Nutrisystem? Those two frozen food brands should be cheaper than Nutrisystem??
(Or you can go to http://www.nutrisystem.com/promo and enter in the promotion code 'DM906'. This will also save you $50. So you can either click the first link news.Nutrisystem.com/servlet... or manually enter the $50 promo code.) ================================
Choose auto delivery. You will see your order total (scroll down on the payment info page) before entering your credit card number.
1. Auto delivery --> $299 2. $30 off code --> $269 3. $50 off --> $219
A Consumer Reports review done several years ago said all diets were equally ineffective, but among the programs that sold their own food, Jenny Craig food was much better than average.
A study published in a scientific journal a few years ago concluded that diet programs didn't work. It received funding from Weight Watchers.
Increase your exercise by at least 30 minutes a day.
Nutrisystem helps us get used to eating smaller portions.

I have a few questions. Is that price only for the first month? What will it cost for 2nd, 3rd months, etc? Also, if you get 5 weeks, why is auto delivery every 28 days? Does the food start piling up? Or do they then auto ship in 5 weeks? I am wondering if this is cheaper or just going to coscto for 265 for 5 weeks. Thanks.
Only good for first shipment. You can postpone your auto delivery by a few weeks.

Thanks for letting me know. So, after that first month and all the specials that go with it, the 2nd, 3rd, etc months will be 299 for 28 days if I do auto ship? I had also heard that with any free weeks, you don't get to choose that food, you get what n/s gives you?

Correct, for the free weeks they send you "favorites".
