Has anybody ever dealt with this company before?

I ordered something on October 13th and I still haven't received anything or any e-mails telling me if there was a delay.

On a high note, they have not charged my credit card.

I really want the product I ordered (privacy film for my cell phone), but their customer service sucks.

What should I do?
