How about this deal ...

PS3 160 GB + universal PS3 Blue Ray remote + 4years extended service = $400

299 +29+99 - 50 promotional discount + 23 tax + free shipping = $400.

How about this? do you think still I can get better deal .. I am not seeing any deals on PS3 for Black Friday deals.

Not a good deal...dont waste your money on the extended service...just treat your stuff nice and it shouldnt break in years 2-4...if there is anything wrong with it...it will show up in the first year which is covered free of charge....also the blu ray remote is not needed as your ps3 controller will work just fine
