Hello all, here is my first attempt at posting a deal. I included Uggs in the title for two reasons, and they are:
1. That is what I purchased 2. Many might not think to look at Eastbay.com for Uggs
Here are the details and admitily it takes a little bit of work...
Step 1 = Purchase an e-mail gift card for the price of the item you wish to purchase and apply code EMEB9G2C for 20% off Example: Uggs Classic Tall $179.99 Gift card value $180.00 w/applied code = $144.00 (e-mail gift card to yourself and approx. 24 hrs you will receive it (note: I went through Bing and should receive 20% CashBack, but it is not showing up and i have a service request in, but it seems that system is down at the moment)
Step 2 = Go through bing to order the Uggs with the e-mail gift card for 20% CashBack and apply code IPEB9R44 for free shipping
and there you have it...
$180.00 e-mail gift card w/20% off code = $144.00 (with possible 20% bing CashBack of $28.80) $180.00 Uggs with e-mail gift card w/20% bing CashBack of $36.00
Uggs Classic Tall reg. 180.00 for $108.00 or possible $79.20 shipped!
Let me know if my post makes sense or how I can improve it, and i dont care if you think the boots are ugly
I purchased 1 pair on the 16th and 1 pair today and the CashBack for the gift card redemption has shown up both times... just having a problem with the gift card purchasing CashBack showing up.

then you're lucky cause i've tried using coupons with bing on Eastbay, FootLocker and i believe FinishLine as well but @ checkout it said something about coupons not working with bing
the CashBack just posted, so this is what i got...
$180 gift card for $144.00(with 20% off gift cards) + $36.00 CashBack then i made the purchase of the classic tall uggs with the giftcard and got $36.00 CashBack so Uggs Classic Tall reg. $180 for $72.00 with FS

Now when you purchase gift cards on Eastbay.com with the 20% off, it says "giftcards purchased with this promotion may only be redeemed after 12/25/09.

I wish we could use the giftcards immediately. My teenage daughter wants a pair of Uggs and this would be a great deal.

I called bing to confirm that there would be Cash Back from Eastbay when ordering Uggs and they said there would be. Also How long did it take for you to get the e-mailed gift certificate from Eastbay? Thanks.
Update - I got the gift card, placed the order and it ended up not being worth it at all. Still owed $24 for shipping and tax. No bargain at all. Sorry I followed post.
I was skeptical of this but went ahead and pulled the trigger since this is going to be my daughter's big gift of the year. I bought the giftcard yesterday with the code in the OP. I received the email giftcard at around 10am today. I went through Bing to get 25% CashBack. The free shipping in the OP did not work but LKS19V79 did. I received a CashBack notification from Bing about an hour after I placed the order. Here's a breakdown:
I did go through Bing when I ordered the gift card, even though I know that Bing does not give CB on giftcards. I figured it was a bonus if I got it. It did not report but I am still thrilled with the deal.

i dont know about the tax because i shipped to my APO addy, but i did post a free shipping code, did you use that?

Here is another update. I checked my Bing Cash Back account and I have $45 Cash Back pending from Eastbay. So I am changing my opinion - it did save me. Sorry about the ongoing updates, but this was a step by step process and the updates are step by step as well. Thanks.

I did not use the free shipping code because when I read the fine print in Bing it said the Cash Back could not be used with any other coupons so I did not use one. Maybe I was wrong not to, but since I never used bing before I wasn't sure.

I understand, it was also the first time i used bing. apparently now the FS code is dead. also make sure you get the CashBack for the purchase of the giftcard...

They did not charge me tax, I live in KY. I googled for a free shipping code and posted it in my order update.

No problem...For my first post i thought it was a pretty hot deal, i was just unsure why it was moved from hot deals to tutorial. anyway here is what i got with it so far...
1 pair Classic Tall Black for $72 (after % off and CB) 1 pair Classic Tall Gray for $72 (after % off and CB) and working on 1 pair Classic Tall Black for $36.50 (after % off and CB)

okay be sure to buy the gift card through Bing and use the $25 off code to cancel out your shipping and tax (since the shipping code is dead). Your final price should be right around $55
fyi... you will probably need to do a service request through Bing for the CB on the giftcard purchase (i have purchased 3 and had to do that each time) and it should be 25% on the value of the gift card not what you actually paid (or at least that is what i got). make sure you pull the trigger giving yourself enough time to receive the giftcard before 2 Dec
Is this still valid and working? Wanted to get a pair of Uggs for my wife, but a bit jittery that I'll screw this up, because never used Bing and Eastbay before. :-/

Another update. I filed the missing CashBack request on the purchase of the giftcard. I received a reply this morning and they applied another $35 cashabck to my account. That bring the total of my order for a pair of Classic Short Uggs to $41.99. I am ordering another pair for myself today.

Do you have a Bing account? if no, then create one
follow this link and the Eastbay link should be in the center of the screen
Click the Eastbay link, enter Bing info when prompted and purchase as normal
