Samsung 50" PN50B450 from Vann's Hot deal or not?

I'm in the market for a 50" plasma. I have zeroed in on the Samsung PN50B450. Recently, I could have bought it from Sears for 799.99 - 10% Sears CC and 8% CB.

I saw the TV in Sears, and compared it to the Panasonic Viera X1 50". I thought this TV looked alot better than the panny.

While waiting to pull the trigger, the prices of all local PN50B450's went up.

Now, it seems Vann's has the set for 779.98 + 3% FW CB + Free ship and no tax = 756.57

My question for experienced FW peeps...should I wait for the TV to go lower or is this price going to be about the best?
