Anyone using an online storage system that they like? Seems like the top names are Carbonite, Mozy and Jungledisk. Any alternatives that cost less than 4 per month?

So far, I like iDrive the best. I've had problems with Mozy from time to time where I haven't been able to complete a backup for days at a time.
For most residential internet connections, it is not possible to backup an entire drive online. Even at 10 mbps, which is faster than most people have, the transfer rate is only 1.25 MB per second. Assuming no interuptions, that would require more than 5 hours to backup 25 GB, which is why online backup is not very practical.

Agreed, that backing up an entire drive online is not practicable , but I'm just talking about the files that change daily ( e.g., Outlook.pst)for me which are normally less than 300 MB. iDrive routinely does this in less than 10 minutes. My entire online backup of user created files is about 1.6 GB, but most of those rarely change.
