I ordered this the last time. It shows delivered with post office on july 12th when I wasn't home, but I NEVER got the package. They still have to figure it out for me. If they don't refund me or send a replacement I will never shop them again. That was my 2nd and last transaction with shnoop. I have never lost mail here in over 5 years that I've lived here. Just my experience so far...

Are you trying to say that shnoop and the USPS contrived to defraud you of your hard earned batteries? At most your beef is with your friendly neighbors...

Typically re-chargeables and pre-charged re-chargeables have power ratings (mah) that are a little less than the disposables. Most, but not all electronics will run fine with the lower power rating. These are probability the white tops (Japan) vs. black tops (China) and are good for a 1000 recharge. These specifications sound like the older version of eneloop batteries. Still a good value.
The "new" enloop batteries can be re-charged 1500 times and retain their charge for up to 3 years.

As to the comments about "made in Japan does the trick", obviously you are lucky not to be one of those dead Toyota drivers. More power to you, my friend.
Are you genuine or a certified retard? Did you just associated an entire nation to one company? Like someone said those accelerator problems are mostly from cars made in the US. Firestone had a huge recall on tires that prematurely blewup, should i assume my skilcraft pen is also going to blowup because it is also made in the USA.
Thanks OP in for a set. It was about time I get new batteries.
OK, I need 4 AAA's for Pany cordless phone which dies on speaker phone mode (I suspect it is the faulty batteries.) I need 4 AA's (not AAA's) for Wii remotes. So do they sell AA and AAA mixed packs?

Try looking for eneloops or duracell LSD's at your local Costco or Sam's. They sell a mixed pack with a charger. BTW, the cordless phone may do better with NiCads and for something that you keep on a charger constantly, low self discharge batteries really don't have much advantage over over regular NiMH.

I find that the Nicads are terrible for cordless phone use. The problem is that most people do leave them on the charger rather than out on the table, etc. But with the memory effect, that cuts the available charge of the battery dramatically. Even if you try to wait until the batteries are close to dead, the phones aren't really that accurate in telling you the charge, so the memory effect still happens. At the least the nimhs, if you leave it on the charger, theoretically have no memory effect, so it doesn't matter. But I still like to leave it off just in case.
I do agree, though, that LSD batteries won't provide much benefit in a cordless phone situation. You'll be needing to recharge long before the batteries self-discharge.

Hopefully either Shnoop or Pennywise will have another sale on the AA Duraloops soon. I'm re-finding all sorts of stuff around the house that could benefit from LSD cells.
That's exactly my point. No matter which country is made from, there will be bad and good products. So "made in Japan" doesn't necessarily imply it's good (or bad). It should be strictly based on the product itself. Why you are so mad? And who is the genuine retard now?
Unbelievable!

I don't agree. Products made in Japan are typically superior than those made in China or Vietnam or elsewhere. This is attributed to culture. I suppose a lot of people refuse to accept this because they don't want to be seen as racist or bigoted, but this thread of white tops v.s. black tops is proof. Japanese workers work harder, more meticulous, more team oriented, and they produce superior products as well as better service. Go to a McDonalds in the US, and then go to a McDonalds in Japan and compare the service for yourself. I know fast food owners who are reluctant to hire blacks/hispanics because their attitude sucks-- they come in late often, slow, lazy, and they treat customers like they're stupid and a waste of time (pretty much like treatment at the DMV).
Between two identical camera, one made in Japan and the other made in China, I would pay a premium to get the one that's made in Japan.

I can't say for your area, but it seems like Cliffy Clavin is mixing up mail nowadays. It used to never happen, but I frequently get mail for others. I shudder to think how often my stuff shows up in someone else's box.
