Already not available.

Came back and saw several new comments. Went and tried again and for what ever reason, they are unavailable for me on line. Lots of stores have them in stock around me, but don't know how I could use the coupon in the store. I'm in the 43202 zip code. I'd certainly like a set if anybody knows a work around let me know.

Still works for me...

worked for me too, thanks OP!

From the site:
"- one-piece precision-stamped heavyweight design
- hot-drop forged, no-stain quality steel "

Does this mean the knives are stamped or forged? I'm assuming stamped.

Made in China

Looks almost exactly like JCP Cooks brand knives. I've had one of those for 4 years now, been very reliable. Probably one factory cranking these out for many discount labels (Henckels Int'l line isn't the same as their main brand). For $10, great deal - should hold an edge for a while.

The Cooks Pro line is better than this. Fine Edge is stamped while the Cooks pro line is forged. Similarity in appearance means nothing.

showing not available online for me too.

oos for me too.

oos

Get the Cooks forged santoku set instead. I've seen it for a comparable price several times and it's an excellent set for the money. I own a good Henckels forged set as well as the Cooks santoku set and I'm happy to have them side by side in the same block.

Very nice post OP! Thanks, was looking for it for a long time.

Actually do yourself a favor and buy the Victorinox version with the Fibrox handle. Amazon has the new 125th anniversary edition for 27.99. Its just an amazing knife especially for the money. The Fibrox material is hands down the best material for a handle I have come across yet. You simply have to try it to understand just how amazing of a grip it gives you. You could squirt dish soap or oil all over the handle and you would still have a slip free grip. I really have to tip my hat to Victorinox as it really is one of the best and most comfortable grip materials I have come across yet.

My wife and I absolutely LOVE to cook and as a wedding gift from her father we were given a full set of Nenohi Corian knives. Plus to top it off he included a 13" Nenohi Keyaki Kensaki Yanagi and a stunning custom knife block to hold the set. Its an unbelievably beautiful set that most cooks would kill for. The reason I am saying this is because we wound up liking the Fibrox Victorinox so much that we wound up purchasing the complete 24 piece set from Victorinox and we now use that set the vast majority of the time. Dont get me wrong we love our Nenohi knives and its nice to use them on special occasions but for every day cooking we now use the Victorinox.

Anyways, sorry for the long post. I just felt compelled to tell you guys about the Fibrox Victorinox. They are super affordable and they are amazing everyday cooking knives. Try ordering one and I guarantee you will buy more.

So is this a good deal on Amazon for the Victorinox set?
