Got one in Buffalo NY for $59... had 3 left, I bought mine and the lady next to me in line saw mine so she grabbed one... so they have ONE left (on the shelf anyways).
Cashier sent me to Customer Service to ask about the 20%-off discount, but they wouldn't accept it because they have 'nothing to scan'.

TIA
Not at this time as the installed version of Android does not suppport Flash. If they can get a Froyo (2.2) version of Android to work on these, then you should have flash capability. I've been converting to MP4 (H.264) codecs for video.

Picked up one in the Buffalo area, Lancaster store. Had to ask at the service desk. Was asked if my name was Brenda as she had called to inquire about one. Not Brenda, although I bet Brenda can be found on FW!!

FYI Kohls clearance prices can vary by store depending on inventory. The managers aren't supposed to price match another store for the clearance and while you might get them to do it with threats etc. it really is pretty sketchy. An associate could potentially get in trouble if they did it without asking a manger...
Rather unlikely they actually do get in trouble, but anyone trying to price match should keep that in mind.

If you have Kohls card, just tell the cashier that you forgot to bring your 15% coupon "that came by mail yesterday". She would happily give you 15% off..

TIA No, it will not, and never will. Sadly, Flash does not support the CPU used in the Novel.

Just an FYI after running around local stores during break... If you call the stores to check inventory, make sure they physically check to make sure they actually have one in stock and not just check the computer. Systems will show they have them in stock even though they've already shipped them back for the recall. It doesn't get cleared from their inventory list unless it gets sold or until warehouse accepts the recall shipment. Found this out the hard way when they said system shows they still have 10 in stock. Also, ALL Kohl's have until tomorrow (7th) to ship back their units so that's the deadline before this deal becomes dead.
Flat rate box is not $7.95 more like $10.95 for a medium flat rate box...

I should mention too that the ones on the shelf (Buffalo) we still price-tagged at 199.99, but it did scan at 59.99 .
I just played with it for about 20 minutes. Calibration was WAY off but I re-calibrated and it's much better. The box claims access to Barnes&Noble "instant access to over 500,000 free classics", I looked around the online store and found it difficult to navigate so I haven't found any free ones yet, but I have no experience with B&N online so it's probably just me. In general, everything I did was VERY slow, so I don't know if this is a software issue (which will hopefully improve once hacked?) or a hardware issue (won't improve?). If updating the firmware won't improve the speed at all, then I may be returning it.

I took my empty box and receipt to my local Kohls, stopped at a scanner on my way to customer service to make sure it was scanning 59.99 which it was. Since it was past 14 days, I just asked to return/rebuy and they had no problem with that. I took a merchandise credit because I had earned Kohls cash on the transaction. So after return/rebuy, I ended up with $58.xx on a merch credit. A HUGHE THANK YOU to the OP of this deal. BTW, I love my pandigital.

I just took my 2 receipts dated 11/14 from when I paid $128.26 each (after 30% discount, but not counting $20 Kohl's cash and $15 rebate) and asked if they could issue a credit due to it now being on clearance. The clerk at the service desk scanned my receipt and said "let me see if it will let me...yep, it will" and I got a $58.50 refund on each. So there was no issue with it being past the 14 day pricematch period, I didn't need to have a box (which is good, since the UPC's got mailed in with the rebate), and they didn't require the refund to be in the form of a store credit, they applied it to my Kohl's card. After Kohl's cash and rebate my net cost is $34.76 each. I was thrilled with this deal before, but now I'm ecastatic!
Checked 4 stores, all I could find was the 6" version & the Sharper Image, Both @ $75

lol it gets even cheaper, I bought one for Xmas, going back to get price match with 30% off, $20 & $15 rebates, and $10 Kohls cash. Making it, %59 - $20(30%) - $15 - $20 (rebates) - $10 Kohls cash, making it -$5. amazing. Going back for more. Ill give em out just to spread android.
Way worth it just to play Angry birds on a larger screen. Also there is an android app that lets you bounce a chicks boobs, funny.

Went to Kohls today, found one on the shelf. Went to customer service and had them look up my Kohls account on the computer. She said they would refund and resell, which she did with no problem. Then since I had already spent my Kohls cash from earlier purchase, she said I could get around $40 Cash Back or a $60 gift card. Took the $60 card as I'm always shopping there. Thanks my FW friends for alerting me to this great deal.

I just bought 2 of them.. I also printed the 20% coupon that was there during the new year and they said this expired but i am going to use it on your order. So.. it came to 50.68. Not sure what i am going to do with this though!! Is this device similar to nook? But the boot up of the device brought a lot of joy for 50$. Thanks again!!!
Around Boulder, Colorado, Brighton has I think 3 left after I bought a couple. None in Westminster, Thorton, Loveland, Longmont...

Grabbed 4 from Colorado Springs, CO. I think there were two left by the time I left the store. I bought to give gifts. I have played couple of hours with it and I am happy so far w/o hacking. I will learn about hacking and see what it entails to.

I have been flashing my reader with various hacks for the last week and found one that works GREAT ! Jackbox 3.0.1 http://www.slatedroid.com/index.php?topic=8993.0 There is a looong tread on SD that goes into the flashing of various mods and I found this to be the best- so far.
It does away with the B&N home screens and it is a straight Android reader with Google Market Place - and the reader is FAST. The thing screams- unlike the stock version of the software.
To flash Jackbox you'll need to flash 2 times with different zip files, but it only takes 5 minutes.
From SD: I basically followed the instructions listed here - http://www.slatedroid.com/index.php?topic=8993.0 To summarize: 1. If you're flashing from stock firmware make sure both internal and external sd cards are empty. 2. Flash the recovery image by downloading this zip file (http://www.mediafire.com/?81n35z8shdf3484), placing the zip on your sd card, powering down the Novel, and restarting by holding the power switch and the volume up button for 5 seconds. 3. Flash the desired firmware version (e.g. I used Version 3.0.1) by downloading this zip file (http://www.mediafire.com/?qzezkwydlt60d3r), clearing your external sd card, placing the zip on your sd card, powering down the Novel, and restarting by holding the power switch and the volume up button for 5 seconds.
Try this flash- you'll love it !!

Was recalled because it wasn't selling. Nothing wrong with the actual product which is why SKU still comes up and they're allowed to sell it even after a recall was issued. If it did have an issue, they would have blocked the SKU and you wouldn't be able to purchase it after the recall notice went out. Really friendly and sympathetic Kohl's customer service broke it all down to me. Really cool CS department and ranks right up there with Costco imo.

how much will you charge if you pick up one and mail it to me?
I bought the last one at a local Kohls store and took it to Bed, Bath and Beyond to price match to $60 with a 20% off coupon. The final price is $50 plus tax minus $30 mail-in rebate = $21. The manager at BBB said the UPCs are different. I showed him the box from Kohls. Will return the one from Kohls. Thanks everyone.

Thanks for the post. Local Kohl's (Orland Park, IL)has 44 NIB according to the associate I asked. He was not sure if price will still be the same Saturday since they will be changing prices tomorrow. Paid $59.99+tax since I had no coupon in hand. I'll try the PM with BBB later.
Went to the Springfield, IL store at noon as their inventory showed in stock. Couldn't find one so asked CS. They showed 21 in stock. She went to where they were suppose to be...not there. Maybe in back so she checked there and came back to say they were boxed up to be returned. I stated that I heard they could still be sold and she went in the back again. Came back and said manager had sealed the box and it was ready to be shipped...sorry. Asked to see manager and he now said they were NOW on a truck headed back to Wisconsin even though I was just told they were there in the store twice.
Called corporate from store to vent about how I had been told three diferent stories by Brandon and while everyone there was nice they just kept transferring me around with no resolution....
I did find out they still had more than 9,000 for sale and were scattered all over the country but none for shipping!
