I used a similar coupon earlier in the year and finally got around to trying to redeem the tickets. I say trying because when you go to http://www.officedepotmoviecash.com/ you receive a message indicating that "Your request may not be processed at this time."
Assuming they're still issuing the same certificates, this could be an extra hassle to deal with on the road to free movie tickets.

I tried to use them too and finally called Office Depot and they are supposed to call me back haha! Very annoying. Has anyone got it resolved?

I sent an email to info@promotionquestions.com (listed on the website). Took them a week to reply the first time, but after that they were a little snappier. They asked me to send them the codes from my certificate and then replied with new codes to use at a different website. I was able to redeem the new codes and everything went smoothly!
Note that the new codes they gave me expired July 31st, but the certificates that you print using them don't actually expire until December 31st.

Yeah, I wrote to info@promotionquestions.com too 10 days ago and got email back today. they asked for the old codes too, and promised to send me new codes. My old one exp Aug 24.

I was never able to track my rebate by the above link. I was getting really worry about it. Then, my rebate showed up in the mail unexpectedly. Checked the above link again, and I still didn't see it. Perhaps this rebate is handled by a different agency? I hope the rest of you get your rebates soon, if not already. Cheers.

Not sure what your tracking issue is but the QuickBooks Online Simple Start rebate was processed by www.web-rebates.com (Young America).

There should be a 12 digit tracking number on your rebate check in the format: ABCD-1234-5678.

I don't know. Are you tracking yours, BPVH? My rebate came today in the form of a VISA card. I didn't see any tracking number throughout the entire process. I didn't get an Email for tracking. The return address of the envelope didn't say anything about Young America. Rather, it says Office Depot. Anyway, the important thing is that I got the rebate. If you could track yours, great. If you couldn't, you just might be in the same boat I was. It's in the mail.

Yes ... mine is being tracked. I usually submit later in the mailing period so mine is at the "Card Approved" stage.

As for my earlier reply about the tracking number on the check, I missed that the rebate is being paid out in the form of a prepaid card.

The reason for the Office Depot return address is because the rebate is being processed (and funded) by Office Depot. Office Depot's contracted rebate processor is www.web-rebates.com (Young America).

Is the return address Norwood, MN?

BPVH, Thanks again for your constant help. I'm sure that others will benefit from this conversation. It's interesting that we both bought the same product, and filed for the same rebate, yet I couldn't track mine. Fortunately, I got my rebate ultimately. I could clearing see that you're tracking yours and it seems that you'll be getting it soon. I went to the web-rebates site and search using my name and address. Two previously processed rebates showed up. This one didn't. I never got a tracking number. Did you get one? Did you get an Email notification after you filed? I didn't get any Email or any acknowledgement of receiving my submission. That's why I was nervous for a long while. You're right, the return address is indeed Norwood. If you know of another FAR deal, please share.

I did receive an email with a tracking number for this rebate.

I expect to be posting the Office Depot FAR software deals -- as I have been for the last year and a half -- for the foreseeable future.

Could you tell me the sender's address of the tracking Email? I'd like to see if I could find mine, or perhaps it got buried in the spam folder. I'd like to have a better control of this rebate process, because I could see myself doing this again in the future. Thanks, again, BPVH.
