In for one, its only 50 less than the next cheapest i7, but after the Microsoft issues, I just had to buy this o.0
Good Deal ? or Bad Deal?

I wonder how many memory slots does it have.
I would hope for 4, but some places online list 2.

Do they really break dual mode RAM mode to stick on 4G and one 2G sticks in?

Just pulled the trigger without thinking. Appears to be a good deal.

Just placed an order on this and the Lenovo i7

Where is the link ??

This is a good deal. I went with http://www.fatwallet.com/forums/hot-deals/1143888/ mainly 12 GB ram and 7200 RPM drive.

This seems a better deal for the price. I am not sure which Asus line is superior, X53 or N53?

It is unavailable now

Webcam is only .3MP

Oh and for those who did purchase the Asus Z53SV, this is the specs and manual -->

Just got mine. It has 1 year of Accidental Damage Warranty. A nice plus for the price.

shipping was fast, when did you order yours?

Min are not arriving until Friday.

Anyone knows about USB 2.0 ports vs USB 3.0 ports on this.

There seems to be some with 2.0 and some with 3.0

yeah same here, friday...Im curious for that wishing star dude, got his before all of us. I predict this one might come with 1 3.0 usb since there is no X model on their website but a K53SV one. The K53SV has intel graphics and the X53SV has the nvidia one, so i presume it might have one. But then again even if it doesn't its still a fairly good deal hence in the near future im pretty sure theres gonna be a usb adapter conversion that quickly turns your 2.0 into a 3
