Just received an Invalid Purchase Date excuse from the Trend Micro rebate. I ordered on the 24th. The 888 number gives me an automated runaround.

Both of mine came back valid. You might have to resubmit some paperwork, you should be able to reprint your invoice from Newegg.

Since my last post, I received an e-mail saying that my McAfee was valid, but still no word on the Trend Micro rebate. When I go to the site you listed to track the Trend rebate, I only get the tracking for McAfee. I am going to assume they are being slow like another user suggested. Thank you, both for the info.

Sure enough, just got a confirmation email with a link saying my Trend Micro rebate is valid/processing...

My Trend Micro got invalidated stating missing UPC code which I did include.
Watch your emails guys, they try to stiff you for the $50 by saying something is missing. Make sure to check the link and give them the information they need otherwise you won't get your rebate. Typical FAR rebate trap. This is why I kinda got away from this FW hobby it is tedious and a huge time waster.

I've done hundreds of rebates with RebatesHQ (Parago) and it is very rare for them to claim that the UPC was not included. And since you said that the rep looked at the submission scan and it was not there, it seems like it was not attached. At least they were able to take your word for it with the info instead of wanting you to mail or fax a copy of it.
