Question: When I put in the code for the big board I didn't see the board added to my order and assumed that the code was enough. When I put in the code for the little board, the little board was added to my order with a price of $0.00. Did I screw up? Should I cancel and re-order the big board order?

i'd check the order with your order number or redo. I redid it again just now.. and it showed for me just by entering the code.
Ugh. It looks like they ignored my cancel request and shipped the first order. I'll have to find an OfficeMax and drive there to return $10 worth of crap. I hope it doesn't cost $10 worth of fuel.
Tired of my posts yet? Stinkin' OfficeSmacks finally emailed me back about it at 4pm today saying it was too late to cancel because they shipped already. I guess I should have called.
Here is my experience on this order and the way this was handled by CSRs from OM.
All markers and other items were delivered to my address on time. But the promotional item (dry Erase Board) was on backorder.
After few days of wait, it was shipped but UPS could not track the shipment. Office Max opens case to track it. Later emailed me that they confirmed that I did not received the item and my CC was credited for this item. So I got 0.00 $ on my CC.
After few email exchanges they asked me to call CSR to place order again for this board, which I did.
Now I got an email from them saying "I apologize but the promo item 22480762 is no longer available. This promotion was while supplies last. Please contact customer service with any questions 866-629-7422."
Did anyone received this promotional item or share the same experience.
I ordered and successfully received one of each promotional item (in separate orders). I'm going to return the first order that didn't correctly apply the promo about which I posted a few times above.
