I just placed an order and no problems at all, placed item in cart... Checked out with promo code, entered promo code on the promotion code side and when entered another box came up to enter the serial number. The catalog number for the item is FC047-4020
Every color says no longer available for me, bummer...

Under the tab 'the insanity', look for deal #1 and hit the right arrow for deal #2 and wait until deal #2 the number crunching coupon calculating champ comes up (be patient it takes a few minutes to come up, for me about 3 min), then use the scroll and go all the way to the bottom and enter the number above and submit. I think their Facebook is crashing so u have to be patient with everything, after I entered the number it took like 3 min to show up in the box before I hit submit.
Just completed. Thanks for the deal. We have had Protocol items before. They don't last more than a couple trips but at this price, who cares? A purple 2 piece on its way to Vegas in a few weeks!

In case anyone has this problem, the Like button for The Insanity page was not showing up for me in Firefox so page was blank. Logged in again using Safari and Like button was there. No problems after that. Thanks OP - in for 1 set for teenage daughter!
