Pass because of taxes, and also it is sooo off-putting to go through every a la carte step that requires a choice of something unwanted. Every step should have a none of the above choice.

Just got a call from Dell? Lady said she need to confirm the order by asking me questions about billing address, phone number, etc.. I never got calls from any vendors when I purchased my stuff online. Is this scam/spam??
