Everyone always wants more, but what FW does is definitely better than nothing (ie...better than what you could get almost anywhere else). I know I have appreciated FW over the years and still do.

c'mon now really? The fact that we get anything back at all is huge, you should be thankful for that. I'm sure that the % they pay out depends upon the deals they have in place w/their merchant partners, ie if Kohls is giving them more, then we get more. Never mind the operating costs that FW has to keep this place up and running in a tidy fashion and, oh yeahhhhhhh, I forgot, they're a business - why else does one go into business, except to MAKE $$$

Why is it called March Mania anyway? Is it a random name because this time there's no special event going on, or is it because it's spring and people are supposed to be in a manic mood rather than in a depressed one? And it's not just FW, I've seen several places using this "Mania" title for their events.
