Ok, I am Twitter illiterate. Every time I try to do something, I get the message, "Your account may not be allowed to perform this action. Please refresh the page and try again." When I try to access help, I get, "Unauthorized! Sorry, you don't have access to this page." I never liked Twitter in the first place, but this is really frustrating.

Then purchased PHYSICAL $10 GC from bestbuy.com using the synced AMEX (You HAVE to link your AMEX CC and your twitter account BEFORE doing any of these).

i am new to twitter. this is all gibberish to me. where is the mentions section? in the help section, it just says "replies" are mentions... i synced my card, then tweeted using #AmexBestBuy10 and bought my $10 gift card from bestbuy.com. got my best buy confirmation and never got the instant AMEX confirmation you all are talking about... been about 10 minutes. Not sure if I am doing this right.

FYI... people who didn't get email confirmation may still get credit.
I did the tweet first then realized I forgot to register/synch my CC, so I synched CC after tweet. I didn't get any email so I thought I messed up and missed the deal. I got my AMEX statement today and the $10 credit showed up. Purchased BB GC for $10 on 3/13/12 and the $10 credit was processed on 3/15/12. So all is good.
