FedEx Ground: $4.50 to a business*; $6.50 to a residence
Good point. Online is part of the offer so I posted all the info in the title but as you point out, not practical. I have a Panera's half a mile from me so I am going to enjoy some great bakery

Anyone know if you can buy a $10 giftcard in store? If they even sell giftcards? I can recommend their 3 cheese bread. Sliced to order. Actually tastes like cheese.

Panera seems to have an unrealistic view of the gift card business. The costs associated with selling GCs (the plastic card, postage, etc.) are an up-front business expense that allows them to put money in the drawer in advance, and of locking in customers who might spend real dollars elsewhere.

I've bought a giftcard @ B&M. Can't remember how much it was for... maybe $20? I think you could load it with the amount you wanted.

Thanks! We love Panera - we go there probably more than once a week. I'll just have to remember to use my AMEX the next time I'm there.
For me the offer was listed under 'Recommended for You' about halfway down. You might have to scroll.
You will also have to add your AMEX card to Sync to get the correct page. It will take your interests, basic info, and your friend's info as part of the Facebook app.

Thanks, they are running really good promotions all the time.
However, I had $25 pre-paid AMEX in the mail today. Have no clue why they sent it to me.

Be sure to add the $5 off of $5 Redbox purchases (before 4/30/2012) while you're in there.

Did you do promo for prepaid card? It was something like load $25 and get $25 back which comes as pre-paid AMEX card. I am waiting for mine.

I created throwaway FB account for this and didn't require any phone verification. Just gave them one of my webmail accounts and used the link they sent me to confirm account. Done.

Don't see Panera in the list.. Is this dead, or just that FB does not think I like Panera? Any ideas how to refresh the list of offers recommended?

Sorry for sounding clueless, but do you need to have a smart phone to take advantage of this and other sync offers?
awesome find, thanks OP. have a panera bread about a mile from my place and we were thinking of trying it out. Now have an incentive to do that as well.

I still do not know how my AMEX card is linked to my FB account. I do not have FB but created a fake one a few months back for offers like this. My AME CC no is not on my FB profile...so after I like this deal how will Panera know to credit my AMEX? I am missing that link .. Please explain.

Thanks OP. I already had a gift card, so I linked my Fidelity AMEX card to a secondary Facebook account and used Panera's website to add $10 to the balance; hopefully that will trigger to the promo.

It did not allow to add offer to card in FB if card was linked to twitter promo for SPLS.

I registered 4 cards - made 2 purchases - both haven't received a single credit. Now I'm not certain I want to use the other two cards. I've never had a problem before - all previous promotions I have gotten the email right away. It's been 20 days now. Nothing, Something is clearly wrong in their system. Called on one account, they said they would issue the credit, that was 7 days ago, still haven't seen anything. What's going on AMEX?
