The matter is I even throw away the original UPC which is go with the item so i can not even make a copy of it. They don't accept the UPC number written down on the rebate form

Really impressed w/ rebate processing house. Mailed all the rebates on 4-16 from diagonally across the country from San Diego. Two days ago received acknowledgement that all 9 had been received and today email that all 9 had been approved.

I concur, received all the rebate cards today.
They pay the max rebate amount rather than the actual price paid. That is unusual.

My surge strip rebate was also denied on the basis of not having a packing list. That is complete baloney as I meticulously signed each rebate form, taped the UPC code on it, and attached the invoice to each rebate request. I ordered 9 items, and 8 of them went through without a problem. The surge strip rebate is the only one they are denying, anyone else in the same boat as me?
@ez2b, I have my rebate form for the surge strip but I don't see how that will help you since it's unique to me and has my info on it.
