If you were already signed up for their email club/list, you should have received this survey invitation. My wife and I each got it a couple weeks ago.

I go to the one in Medford Oregon and Orangevale Calif.... While both and various cashiers are shocked like they have never seen the BOGO's before, do take them....

Another oddity at HTB, but never again....
Dinner starts at 3:30 We got there at 3:20 and said we wanted to buy the dinner, not lunch. Was told we have to wait until 3:30 as the register will not ring dinners until then. I said ok.
Then at 3:28 a group of 6 came in and paid for lunch. At 3:30 we bought the dinner.... I asked the cashier, what does those last 6 get if they paid for lunch. She said dinner..... I think I will never pay the dinner price again....

For sure, a common buffet "tactic" is show up shortly before the switchover from lunch to dinner, pay for lunch, then slowly eat a salad while they do a switchover of to the higher end dinner buffet items which usually is pretty much higher end meats like steak etc...
Sadly, in the last few months both the local Ryan's and Hometown buffet closed as part of the bankruptcy reorg.
Sad not because the food is that great but many lost jobs ....

Beware of the eBay seller selling a single BOGO He signs you up for the free offer from the eClub and forwards to you the eMail offer...
As for "doing well enough..," coupons are not typically a sign of that, but rather, an attempt to either a) generate revenue (which is NOT the same as profit), or b) an attempt to generate market share. Both are tactics intended to, over time, (re)build growth.

keep in mind. when doing this, you are possibly killing someones legitimate chance at the coupon.
