Good timing! I needed an axe to chop up and throw away termite infested wood in my yard.

Amazon has a bunch of cool axes but I am holding out for a deal on this one:

Give me one good reason no matter how far-fetched why I want this despite already owning axes, mattocks, mauls of all kind and I'll buy it.

Zombie apocalypse?

Zombie attack period.

Not one to be had within 100 miles... Maybe local stores don't carry them since we don't have trees.

Abe Lincoln: Vampire Slayer

OK, bring on those Zombies!!!
(I wouldn't live in a place that didn't have trees.)
In for 1.

Was just going to buy a new handle for mine. Now I can get a brand new one for almost the same price. So torn because the old one is still good.

In 4 1..................

Definitely prefer a wood handle, but still in for one at this price.

Maybe you have zombies.

don't forget FC

I actually have a downed tree in my backyard I was going to rent a chainsaw to cut up. Maybe I will get this and work on my vampire swing.

Hmmm

Fiskars 7078 22-Inch Machete - 14.99

Hmmm...

Sweet!! In for 4.

I'm envisioning you attaching both heads to the same new handle. The new quadruple-bit axe.

I saw the machete and was going to get it to but not at my store. I can use the chainsaw instead.

Great! Just when I need one!

3.5 lbs imo is too light to split wood with.
Will have to wait for a deal on an 8 lb axe.

You know I actually thought about that too.

What kind of axe weighs 3 lbs?
Will the zombies or fallen trees take me seriously?

If it's just a 2-bit axe, shouldn't it be 50 cents?

This will go great with a two bit hoe.

Damn, only one left within 100 miles. After seeing the price & the picture, I was ready to sport some serious wood.

Hmmm... should I bite now or axe my wife first?

-Sorry, I won't quit my day job.
