OK, I'll finally get this. It will probably ruin the memory of the original games, but for $3, I can throw it away if I don't like it.

You'll probably shelve it. I played about a hour of it, and then got fed up with an impassible boss fight. Paid $5 for mine and I'm keeping it for the nostalgia factor. Hail to the king, baby!

thanks op

Wow, what a fall from grace for the Duke.. I would have been happy if this remained vapor ware. Don't know why gearbox picked it up and released it in its current state.

Duke no longer kicks ass and he has plenty of bubble gum !

xbox version SOLD OUT

crap

OK good grief I had to buy this for $3.24 after tax.

I can't wait for the next one to come out.

Thanks OP!

haha i just bought this for 4.99 now I got a $2.10 price match credit. yay best buy hehe

I received a email from Discover card a few days ago. Discover card is running a promo til 5/02, make ANY purchase at Best Buy and receive a $6 account credit. Makes this game free and $3 Cash Back from discover.

I can throw it away if I don't like it.

And you will throw it away because you won't like it. It is awful.

How much will GameStop pay for this? If GameStop pays $5...buy/sell/rinse/repeat

How horrible was this game that it's so cheap???

I had to get this too. so cheap..lol

no shipping option? can't go wrong at $2.99...that's like rental

BTW, even though the 360 version says it's sold out for in store pick up, when I got to my Best Buy there must have been 10 on the shelf. Even though the shelf price said $4.99, it rang up for $2.99 like the PS3 version.

I'm willing to take a stab at this. If nothing else, just for the nostalgia.

Walking into the game with low expectations should improve the overall experience too.

People love it or hate it. I've seen many people saying they enjoyed this game.

I personally thought this game was terrible. I played it for about 30 minutes before I had to just turn it off. Got sucked in my the Duke hype only to be disappointed. The game is 9 years too late IMHO.

I bought the PC version for $5 from Steam and feel like I overpaid.
I stopped playing when I got to some sort of underground cave level. Just too boring.

Played a few minutes of it, feels kind of dull but ok for 2.99

that's about right

Thanks, OP.
