I have tried at least three times to order from callingmart. Every time my order gets cancelled. Can someone explain to me how to place an order so it will be accepted?

Use PayPal with a confirmed address. It has always worked for me.

perfect timing. just needed to topup, waited a day, happened to look here.....
4% off Virgin retail (ongoing) - Coupon code: ca3p-1207
It's not 4% off. It is normally 1% off and the coupon provides 3% off. The total cost is 99% x 97% = 96.03% or 3.97% off. Those extra pennies add up

Order less than $100, and they will approve it without needing any extra documentation.

Nope. Tried that. I thought for sure that would work after they rejected the order with a credit card. And the orders were all under $100. One was less then $30.

Thanks op! Just picked up enough pins for the rest of the year between my wife and I.
I need to add $10 each to my 4 T-Mobile phones in July. Do these pins have expiration date after they are generated? Follow up: I called and got my answer. I must use those pins within 90 days after purchase.

I dont know if that is true. I know that's what they say but I have used cards that were lying around for more than one year. Not saying it will work for you as well but to me that 90 days is a just a made up number.

CallingMart is very good about honoring a special code within 7 days from the order date through their lowest price guarantee. Contact them and ask for a credit based on the purchase with the new code. Just contact them at customerservice@callingmart.com with the adjustment request and the order number, and they should take care of that for you.

It is hard to say why it is getting canceled. You may have to contact them to see what is up. Of course the standard things can be the a billing address of the credit card not matching up with what you have provided and things along those lines. They do have some anti-fraud steps in place, especially on a first order. Some have reported having to submit a utility bill to them, I have had to call them (or they called me, can't remember which) after placing my first order or 2 for verification (they have a FAQ on this on their web site) at the most but they have always gone through.

I tried to order a $10 refill card. That's all I need for my TMO prepaid phone.
'mom125' coupon does not qualify. You should have at least $18.00 in the shopping cart.

Thanks for the coupons code, my service expires on the 3rd of the month, and Callingmart waits till the 4th to send me their coupon code. I don't think that's a coincidence.

"To All our Virgin Mobile Customers, coupon code ca3p-1207 will no longer apply to Virgin Mobile Refills after 5/30. Unfortunately Virgin Mobile is reducing their discounts to all re-sellers by June 1st, to the level that it won't be profitable even if we sell it at non-discounted price!"
