I am trying to use up the $20 in Kcash from last week, but I dont' have a Kohl's card. Sounds like going F&F for 20% off would be the option. I wonder if they let me pick up in store instead of paying shipping

further discounts don't apply on the Kohls cash portion of the payment. if you are just spending $20 straight (your KC), a code isn't going to help you. if you spend $30, you'll get 20% off the additional $10 only.

the night owl is usually Fridays from 3PM on...then early birds to about 1 or 2PM on Saturday.

I have lots of shopping to do at Kohls this time, dont want to wait till weekend, cause it takes sometimes 10 days to receive stuff. One good thing is in case the price drops this weeekend, there is a chance of price match. They did for me couple times on last orders.

typically, the Friday sales ad is in Thursday's newspaper. If I find out, I'll post it here if there's an early bird sale this week.

5/9/12 - We are currently experiencing intermittent issues with the Kohl's Cash redemption feature at Kohls.com. We are working on a resolution. Kohl's Cash can be redeemed through May 13, 2012. Feel free to use your Kohl's Cash in-store, or place an order at Kohls.com again soon.

Remember the whole Kohls Cash program is changing. No more credit for returns and Kohls Cash (meaning if you used KC and return an item, you will lose the Kohls Cash, no matter what option you take to accept the return on).

wow, first I heard about that uaf. thanks. do you have a link or more info on the specifics of this? I would hope if a product is defective they would still return your Kohls cash some how. I can understand if you simply change your mind.

Updates!! I just talked to Kohls customer service for Kohls cash, and they said we can get the Kohls merch credit back in case item purchased with Kohls cash is returned. Also since the Kohls cash is not working online, place order w/o it and call customer service, they shall refund that much amount back to ur Kohls card.

manimiao,
I believe UAFGRAD was referring to an upcoming change in Kohls Cash policy. The return credit is still valid on Kohls cash, but it sounds like (from uaf's post) that it won't be at some point in the future.

If a product is defective you can exchange for exact same item, or lose Kohls cash (if you have already spent it, they will subtract it, if you haven't spent it yet, they will deactivate KC. No longer an option to take it all on MC).

AFAIK it already is in effect in some stores that have updated their systems (started yesterday).

Hi, uaf, do you know when this will be effective? I guess the good time not any more.
Another question, are they going to allow us to take MC if we used KC for something and then return it ? Meaning change the KC to MC. Thanks.

I had called customer service this morning and they still said we ll get MC for KC in case something is returned, dont know if the new policy is still in place..

Still in place? It will be interesting to see how this is going to play out. I have read about some instances were stores are already denying MC returns, others that say they will not change. There is no doubt there will be a change in KC for all stores, how exactly each store will implement it remains to be seen right now.
For questions I would ask Kasty on SD or here on SD. He may have more info than I do ATM.

Uaf,
Can you clarify one statement here "I have read about some instances were stores are already denying MC returns", does this mean in addition to the Kohls Cash change, if you bought something with a merchandise credit and then return it, they won't issue a new merchandise credit on that return either? Obviously, many of us are sitting on Merch Credits and will have to be very careful how they are used if it's an all sales final policy on that form of payment as well. Thanks for the info. MC

We have the unanimous Winner
Except for that will no longer be an option. It is because people abused ...
Wrong context
Winner in the argument, not in the sense that the MC / KC scam continues
Now how about gift receipting your way through the scam?, strike scam, I mean system
