THIS is the kind of budget card you want to get. I stand by my previous comment about the other cheap $20 cards regularly on FW. Spend $40 instead for a much better one.
The deal here is that this particular card is supplied with `GB of DDR3 memory (versus GDDR5). Performance of this card with DDR3 memory is simply unknown. At least there is no official benchmark. I keep reading different reviews. All tested video cards being reviewed with GDDR5 memory. AMD website also claims that GDDR5 is standard for this card. GDDR5 version of this card guarantees a performance of 768 GFLOPS comparing to 1500GFLOPS of Radeon HD 6850 (a baseline for 6xxx series). So don't get me wrong, it might be a good deal but I could not commit to buy something with unknown characteristics.
