Got to love how they charge shipping more than the item. It's a way to profit from the shipping if any returns happens.

You can always do a charge back. PayPal / CC will usually give you full refund. You should only care about the final price. Hope it is the real thing though.

Yea have gotten fakes from them with apology and RMA

Got a card from them once that was suppose to be a brand name, but was generic. They offered a refund or $8.00 credit. I took the credit, as the card worked just fine.

well I dunno about him but I can base it on the fact that all sandisk I have bought from this site most definitely are fake and don't work in all of my devices.

I have 6 things I bought from one sale a day that I am sending back. They include...Emerson digital camera...dead on arrival....Sylvania Pad....sd card holder does not hold the card...Harmony Remote... does not keep settings and more. This is where you go to buy Chinese made stuff that could not be sold or is defective.....most people will just keep the stuff and that is what they depend on. Buyer beware.

You need to call sandisk and send them your so called fakes, If it is true ( I dont think so ) sandisk can have the resaler shut down.
Are we talking about this self made entrepreneur who started from scratch after leaving the Army, working 18 hours a day selling fake stuff? LINK That is really ashamed!
I have purchased over 10+ things from 1 Sale A Day. Things include clothing (Reebok in 4X size), SD Cards, Iphone cables, etc... My ONLY gripe with them in the past was their shipping speed which could take upto 6 weeks. They then must have gone through some changes & started advertising on e-bay. My most recent purchase - Reebok TShirts were all original, correct size & arrived to me within 14 days from date of purchase with tracking # from USPS. In the past I have bashed them for shipping speed BUT not once have the items come dead or not what advertised. I will stand up for them on that.

I to get all my stuff from 1 sale, And yes in the past shipping was slow up to 23 day to california for me. But my last few orders shipping has been 7 to 14 days.

Now, why would I want to do that? For the price I got, I can't complain. I'm not going to target a reseller that delivered product to me and get them shut down over a few dollars. That would be pretty underhanded and mean.
