I have purchased from Seconditipity through eBay before. Purchased a couple of iPhones, they were in great condition.
"refurbished" is the new term for USED, these are returns usually. So someone turns it on and if it powers up...its done...don't be mislead. I got a tablet from One Sale a Day that was "refurbished" it had a scratched screen and the slot for the micro sd card was just a hole with nothing behind it...now I am trying to return it and I am getting a hassle.

You're more likely to hit the lottery than get a return back to these guys, pretty risky venture buying from there.
