Even if you forward it to someone (yourself) it generates the exact same serial number. So how can it be one time use?

First one in gets it!
Kidding aside. The emailed it to me as part of signing up to their membership rewards, and it has the same serial number. The only difference is that is has an account number above that. So hopefully it can work by just creating a new rewards account.

yes off your entire bill. as with most coupons, there are exclusions. Alcohol is rarely included on a Fridays coupon, even when it's a $5 off $15 type coupon.

MC, I'm not getting into an argument with you but when you posted "OFF YOUR ENTIRE BILL", that was the only reason I clicked to read the thread, as I thought this coupon was unique. The coupon itself even says "20% Off Your Table's Entire Food Purchase", which means they'd even have a loophole to not deduct the % based on even non-alcoholic beverages (and I've been to restaurants like that before - not necessarily TGI Fridays, but it's the reason I carefully read the T&C of everything and interpret literally).
I also never claimed alcohol was included on their other coupons ... that's why when this said "ENTIRE BILL" it caught my attention.

yes, understood. I updated the title to include the exclusion so it's clear to anyone who reads just the title.
