Is this in-store only? As of now, the site still shows $139. Or does it not start til a certain time?

Yeah their ad isn't very informative on specifics. I'm going to try to go to my local BB when it opens and see what they've got.

None of the other '4 days only' deals are live online as of yet. These will most likely go very fast when they do go live.

I'm guessing this is a price mistake.

The period in the link is actually correct, I get a "page not found" error without it.

Would be cool for 49.99. Hope it is not a mistake.
Just put my order in now. If the price drops, you will get an automatic price adjustment at the store when you pick it up. I suggest everyone do this if you want one. Even if it is a mistake, just don't pick up the order, your card won't be charged.

This is what he has. Period at the end doesn't work, not the period in the middle.
CSRs over the phone are adjusting the price down to $49.99. GET YOUR ORDER IN AND CALL THEM!

Customer service wait is 20 mins, so I bought for in-store pickup at $139 and will have price adjusted at store. Great find!

Placed an order for store pickup. Call CSR and she is telling me that she can't do a price adjustment b/c it hasn't actually been picked up yet. I've inquired about placing a new order over the phone and then cancelling the first order. She's checking with a manager to see if they can sell it for that price. I will update once I hear something...

Any idea when they will actually update the link? I mean, it's Friday already. If the deal is for this Fri-Mon, it should have updated at midnight.

I just did that and she hung up on me (or we got disconnected). Ridiculous.

CSR's manager is giving me two options:
1. Keep store pickup order. Go to store and pickup, then call BB CSR with a case number and they will adjust the price.
or
2. Cancel the current pickup order and place a new order for the new price.
She said that that option #2 was riskier b/c they are getting a LOT of calls about this item (I'm looking at you FW!) and the item may not be in stock by the time the order processes. Needless to say I didn't want to risk it, so I went with option #1.
Good luck everyone!

I had to order over the phone. They told me it was a system glitch. Placed two seperate orders, since there is a limit of one per order.

Quite bold to alert them to the chance it's a mistake. Also will be interesting to see if the cost automatically adjusts for the people placing online orders for instore pickup.

Thanks for posting this! I called CS, waited maybe 5 minutes. Was told that "there is some confusion about this item, but we are honoring the price". Promised to adjust the price at the time of pick up.

CELO said: I am very very surprised the way Best Buy handled this. They are usually not like this.I feel like their sales have gotten a lot more aggressive and customer service has improved ever since they close all those stores a few months ago. Perhaps they're genuinely trying hard to avoid going down the same path Circuit City did.
