Not sure about safeway. You might be able to look up the local ad for your area on their website. Look carefully, because these offers are printed at the bottom of one of their ad pages. Easy to miss the offer.

Just looked up the Vons ad for SoCal. Deal is good for iTunes, GameStop, Jiffy Lube, JCP, Rock Bottom, Regal, Express, Staples, Lowe's, Old Chicago, Bass Pro Shops, and Nike.
