Wow!!! This thing was about $600 when I got it a little over a year ago. Great deal! Great drive and I haven't had a single issue with it. I don't even think I touched the firmware on it.

With a drive that full, it will die very quickly. Keep at least half empty.

Meh. It's mostly reads all day, I'm sure, and it has some reserve above and beyond what's available to the user. I'm sure it'll be just fine.
I guess write speeds might be down off of their highs though.
