You need to add "+ Shipping", OP.

But still an overall good deal.

Looks like it is a good deal when Sony style offering the refurbished at $159.00. I recently bought the refurb at Sony style now i am returning it and getting this new one.

And remember - with the latest update, this is a 3D BD player. By far the best Google TV unit there is.

I don't know, the listing doesn't says New or Refurb but Circuit City/Tiger Direct/Comp USA they have very average reputation in that sense. Hopefully I was wrong.
Green for OP

Listing clearly says "new".

I'm 100% sure Amazon doesn't change their page/available seller page layouts just for me. I would first suggest understanding how Amazon works before placing too many orders with 3rd party sellers.

This is a great piece of equipment. Our only problem with it is Shockwave crashes when watching online video (ESPN3).

People do not have to have a Phd.in Amazonology to order. And yes, I am an average person NOT a smarty pant like anyone else!

in 4 1. $148 shipped to CA. Thanks OP. Green for you.

From this page you can see the condition of the product and cost of shipping.

Nice price, OP. The next lowest price seller for a new unit is $294.91 with free shipping from their featured merchant or $275+$6.49 from other sellers.

It's NEW, click the link under In Stock that says new and you will see Circuit City show up as a seller of new units.

Title of this post should be changed to NSZ-GT1...

I have one of these and it's an awesome price, with or without shipping. Makes me wonder if they're closing out the current generation to make room for the next one.

I tell you now: Buy One!

Looks interesting but Sony < APPLE < BOSE < POOP in about that order.

Looks like its over now. Price shows $295.00 now.

Still alive, you need to click through the other options and select Circuit City as the retailer.

I worked for Sony during Christmas and we were selling these NEw for $79! The Google TV part was a problem and the controls were not intuitive. I would never buy one. Most of the time I could not get it to demo to customers.

Updated link, Its still available, here is the link LINK OP might want to update!

OP's link works fine (when it is either in or out-of-stock).

I agree. First look in the mirror, then go to your computer and take some time to learn how Amazon listings are setup before giving out non-helpful advice.

Appears to be dead. No Circuit City on the list of sellers.

I have lot of things to do besides BSing like you "Amazon Specialist". Go and get a job!

If you consider being able to read a basic listing page as being a "specialist" than I guess your right. Better luck next time.

Good Luck to you for the job search, that way it will clear up your mind to become a helpful "open minded" person.

huh ? job search ?

It's just common sense, my friend. Also, I'm on to the next deal...I'll leave you here to figure out those other "nifty" features Amazon has to offer. Given your sub-par skill level, I'm thinking that will keep you amazed for a while.

Common sense, my friend...common sense.

To be continued may be tomorrow ......... got to go to work tomorrow!

I wanted to let you know that the deal posted on the NSZ-GT1 for 139.99 is not being honored by Circuit City through Amazon. I ordered the item, and on the reciept and order confirmation, it states the item as NSZ-GT1, but Circuit City is shipping me a Sony BDP-S590. I called up Circuit City and they are not helpful. I just wanted to let everyone know who got in this deal that Circuit City is doing a bait and switch, and not informing us.

Ok ? Sounds interesting...but how to do you know this...and why would you have called prior to delivery ?

When I emailed Circuit City for the tracking number, they referred to it as a different bluray player. I then called them, and now it is too late for a return. They listed the item under the wrong item number on Amazon, and their team did not catch it.

Received a Sony DP-S590 in the mail yesterday. Started a claim on Amazon last night and they emailed me a prepaid UPS return label and RMA # today.
