This is a good deal, but wondering if there are any blackout dates or restrictions on use for IMAX 3D? The terms are very vague on the movie cash... anyone bought one of these that has more info on the terms?

Must be used by 8/31, but by then it will probably be close to being gone from theaters completely or will be at the dollar/discount movies.
