I just tested this myself, as you can see from the screenshot below, and was able to score a small cheese pizza AND the oh so yummy stuffed cheesy bread for only $6.96 + tax! Not too shabby! I also opted for carry-out to save on delivery charges.

The strange thing is that there is no mention of the requirement of purchasing a pizza at full price anywhere on the Facebook promotion page, the email which is sent if you don't order right away, or on the 'dominos.com' website when you place an order and the system tells you your order is "incomplete".
I sent a message through the site's 'Contact Us' link and they sent me a code to use instead... but they didn't speak to my request to have the marketing materials updated to correctly indicate the requirements.

I tried with the coupon code I was sent and I still could not order an early-week special and use the coupon code (I tried with just about every combination of sequences in adding the item & coupon)... I sent another message and was told that my message would be forwarded along...
Just now a local manager called me and told me my pizza (and a cheesy bread) would be comp'd... He mentioned that he didn't know of any restriction regarding a regular priced pizza being required...
