I don't know whether this a unique coupon code -- I received multiple e-mails with different links that pointed to the same bar code after a couple online purchases -- but I thought I would make it available for Sears shoppers. (Hopefully this will bring some unexpected shoppers their way!) In case it happens to be a unique one-use bar code, I did use it yesterday to purchase a cover for my new Kenmore grill!
Anybody have any thoughts as to what the verbiage "Good for in-store purchase only, following online lawn & garden purchase with in-store pick up" means? Specifically, the "following online lawn & garden purchase with in-store pick up"?
Any way to get this to work with an online purchase for in-store pick up?

now's the time for one of Butcherboy's hoses Here's the one from a recent BB post. In his post it was $15.99. Now you can get 2 for $27.98 or $13.99 ea.

Which means you'd have to buy online and then ask them to accept the coupon at the store and give you a credit to your card...
Or ask them to match the online price in-store...

If you do that, you'll have to let us know how it goes; I think it's a big YMMV, though.
Because there's not online code associated with the coupon, you can't just enter it online.

Regarding using this coupon w/ online ordering, an idea that maybe somebody can vet. Can you make an online order at the kiosk in-store and then pay at the register the way you can at Staples? You could apply the coupon at that point. Maybe.

Will really depend on the cashier and/or manager. I believe their official policy is to refuse competitor coupons printed off the internet because they are only limited to how many you are willing to print, but it's worth a try, and i've had success with this type of coupon in the past. Just be aware by their own rules they are not supposed to accept it, but that doesn't mean they won't

My experience says it is up to the store manager.

I used at Lowes w/o any issues. Ask the clerk or cashier first before putting stuff in your shopping cart.

I wasn't able to use it at Home Depot -- didn't try at Lowe's -- but I was able to use it again at the same Sears today on a lawn/garden purchase.

Nice to hear this works on sale items. It for sure won't work on clearance items. The filler I used to get over $25, well didn't really put me over $25.

Every B&M store varies. Even if you used in the morning at one, doesn't mean it won't be rejected in the afternoon. Stores can be quite skeptical of printed coupon sometimes, which is completely understandable. I've never had a problem with the 50% off Ace coupons at Home Depot when they are from an actual ad, but have had some other printed coupons, that were not nearly as good of a deal, rejected. so to sum it up, YMMV, going to just have to try for yourself.

Used it today to pickup some hose connectors. The was a nice water sprayhead with a long extension. it was clearanced for $2.97. I have seen similar items sell for $15. Anyway, I picked it up with other stuffs and tried to use the coupon. The register didn't take it, but the manager was nice and overode it. I also used it twice at Lowes today without any problem.

Wow, thanks, I was waiting for a good Sears coupon. I used it on a Steele Personal Task Unit - PTU Shipping was only $1115.60
jaydeals said: jaxguy said: vks22 said: does anyone know if this can be used at Lowes or Home Depot as a competitor coupon? Both Lowes and HD have different competitors based on the location. For me Lowes considers HD and Ace as competitors. Good Luck
I would use the coupon at a HD location that does not have much business. I know it is always a "no go" at the Emeryville store and San Leandro store in the San Francisco area. But the Fremont store is happy to take competitor coupons. I don't know about that. Fremont store turned me down so many times if they are printed coupon.
