Not sure if that is true. The coupon itself says "Offer not valid in Hawaii". That leaves 49 other states.
True. Site says--
Participating locations for this special offer: California [GO]
New Jersey [GO]
New York [GO]
But actual printout says--
Offer not valid at Hawaii, safeway, Vons and Pavilions locations.
So it'd be hard for them to reject.

My wife and I were near one today and I didn't have the coupon with me. I pulled it up on my phone and was worried it'd be rejected because it clearly says to "print" it. They didn't even look at my phone and they started punching in the BOGO into their register.
