This PS seems to end up around this price after rebate pretty often but that doesn't change that it is a pretty good inexpensive power supply at a nice price if you are willing to deal with the rebate. The only issue I have with my 600watt version of this power supply is that the fan is definitely audible when it spins up but that isn't too often for me.

I already have two of these - they are really nice cheap power supplies for the money, for 80+. On a Kill-a-Watt meter, they draw about 12 watts less than a standard non-80+ PSU at idle, so if your computer is on very much it will eventually pay for itself. Never had any trouble with the rebates.
430 watts is more than enough for a new system that doesn't have a monster graphics card and/or isn't used for gaming. My new Sandy Bridge system with on-board video and just an SSD draws a whopping 21 watts at idle. 430 watts is way more than it needs; 250 watt would be fine.
