I regularly (2 times per week) use the coupons marked above as "excluding CA and TX" at Souplantations in San Diego (CA). The prices are cheaper than the ones designated above for CA and TX, and the coupons have always been honored when I've used them. So saying "excluding CA" is a little misleading since they do seem to be valid in San Diego County, but not in Orange, LA, Ventura, Bay Area, Fresno, or Riverside Counties.
