In the labels aisle at Staples, I found a dispenser with $2.00 off any Martha Stewart label coupons - "Save $2 on any label from Martha Stewart Home Office with Avery." It does not have a minimum purchase requirement and there are a number of label packs that cost $2.00.
Unfortunately, I don't have the item numbers for the $2.00 labels. Hopefully the following information will still be helpful:

I grabbed the last coupon, which was located in the 'label' isle; Martha items were located in different isle. As OP states, a selection of Martha Avery labels discounted to $2,(and $2 Martha Avery Tags, but not sure qualifies as a 'label')

I got: Permanent mailing labels 42/pkg; 1-5/8 x 4 0 72782 72435 1; on an 8-1/2 x 11 sheet, bottom shelf. Also available as removable labels but I don't want label coming off anything I ship. Square removable labels w/ light blue border 36/pkg; 1-3/4 x 1 5/8 0 72782 72470 2 Square removable labels w/ red border; same as above; 0 72782 72471 9 Adhesive metal bookplate; 1-7/8 x 2-1/8, $1.99; 0 72782 72517 4; top shelf, same side as the rest of the labels but about 6' to the right
Coupons went through beep-free. Used in combination w/ the $5/$50.

I found new labels reduced to $2.00. If your store doesn't have that price on the shelf, have them scan it.
