The Costco warranty is nice, but I'm not sure that's a better deal. The BB cpu is better (i7-3610QM vs i5-3210M). The Costco has more memory, but personally I would expect the CPU to have more value than the 9th through 12th gigabytes of memory. It might be closer if the memory difference were 4 vs 8.
The BB battery is bigger, but I don't see any battery life estimate there. It's possible the CPU burns more and you don't effectively get longer battery time.
