Can we all please agree that @ 13", 1366 x 768 just doesnt cut it as a good resolution? Or am I alone in that thinking?

I think some body is making a play to jack up these screens price. Wont be surprise to see another multi millions-even billion dollar law suits from US government the next couple years.
If the price different is not much I think some manufacture would have put high res screen in their low end ultrabook but none of them did. Its likely there is a price fixing somewhere. SSD price have plummeted, Moore law hasnt break down yet so the only thing left is the screen which plummeted on all other except for ultrabook. Price of large screen melted after LG $400mil, Sharp 500 mil suits. Total of 1 billion+.

Its a shame manufacturers rather get hit with billion dollar suits than let market dictate the price.

Ultrabooks are supposed to be light/portable and a 15"+ screen generally does not make sense for this category of laptops.
