I suspect they are blowing them out because the ones at regular price are all coming back to the store. They have discontinued the product because of chronic failures.

I went to the 4 closest Kmart stores and the price is $219.99 So it isn't on sale in store's I guess?

People thought Vizios were cheap and wouldn't last too. The colors aren't quite as precise as a Samsung or Sony and the remote not as fancy but they work.
