Be careful. I have supported Pandigital for a few years now. Had to return my Super Nova DLX in August, am still without a tablet. Recently learned, in September they sold the company and are probably not going to be selling/supporting their tablet line anymore. Customer service ignores my inquiries. I am out $200 - only had that unit for 8 months.

Ive never had a problem with them on deliveries..but they can be a bit slow on delivery. just send them an email, they will prob mess up and send you another one for free.

I agree. They are a little bit slow. It took 3-4 weeks for my wife's laptop to ship but other than that, I've had no complaints. I must have bought some 15+ things from 1SaleADay with no issues.
