The Amazon one is 60Hz. The Costco one is 120Hz.

Amazon cannot compare to buying from Costco. You get a better warranty and return policy with Costco.

This offer is back on until 12/15.

Amazon is $548.

The one at Amazon also has a Clear Motion Rate of 120, even though it's a 60Hz TV. I would bet the one at Costco is the exact same TV (and also 60Hz). People say CMR is Samsung's way of cheating the specs. The UN39EH5003 39" is also 60Hz with CMR 120. I noticed this when I was looking at Samsung TV's around 40" for my parents around BF.

FYI, around BF the UN39EH5003 was $400 and the UN40EH5000 was about $430 for several days.

I bought the UN40EH5000 from Best Buy for $427.99 plus tax, minus FWCB, minus $20 AMEX statement credit. Mine has the TS02 panel, which apparently is the preferred one according to AVS Forum. So far I'm happy with it, although I wouldn't mind the extra year of warranty from Costco.

It's also worth noting that this set dropped down to $419.99 Black Friday weekend at Costco.

Good deal on that TV since it's $480 now. I looked at one at BB that was a TH0x panel. Wish it was $428 again.
The TH0x or TS0x panels are made by Samsung. Samsung uses at least 4 different mfg's panels in their TV's.
