Bought this Samsung 40" LED at a local Costco today. Doesn't look like it's available online.
$659.99 - $200 instant rebate = $459.99 + tax
Clear Motion Rate 120, 2 HDMI ports and 1 USB 2.0 port.
3 year extended squaretrade warranty is only $29 (at Costco) for this price, giving you a warranty total of 5 years (1 manufacturer + 1 extra from Costco + 3 squaretrade)

This TV sales for $477.99 at Amazzon: with no (0) tax for most. (Looks Like The Everyday Price) [Amazzon Model : UN40EH5000] - [Costco Model: UN40EH5050] Looks Like Same Specs - ------------- Let's Assume A 5% State Sales Tax for Comparison Purposes --------- - COSTTCO with 5% Tax: $460 + 5% Tax ($23) = $483 COSTTCO with 5% Tax: $460 + $23 Tax + $46(10% Non-Member) = $529
--------------------- - IN AMAZZON NON-TAXABLE STATE: Amazzon cost: $478 + (FS) = $478 ---- Linky IN AMAZZON TAXABLE STATE: Amazzon Cost: $478 + 5% Tax($24) = $502 ---- Linky -

The one at Amazon also has a Clear Motion Rate of 120, even though it's a 60Hz TV. I would bet the one at Costco is the exact same TV (and also 60Hz). People say CMR is Samsung's way of cheating the specs. The UN39EH5003 39" is also 60Hz with CMR 120. I noticed this when I was looking at Samsung TV's around 40" for my parents around BF.
FYI, around BF the UN39EH5003 was $400 and the UN40EH5000 was about $430 for several days.

I bought the UN40EH5000 from Best Buy for $427.99 plus tax, minus FWCB, minus $20 AMEX statement credit. Mine has the TS02 panel, which apparently is the preferred one according to AVS Forum. So far I'm happy with it, although I wouldn't mind the extra year of warranty from Costco.
It's also worth noting that this set dropped down to $419.99 Black Friday weekend at Costco.

Wish it was $428 again. The TH0x or TS0x panels are made by Samsung. Samsung uses at least 4 different mfg's panels in their TV's.
