When something says "Up to 60% off ..." .it does not mean anything. 1% off also fits in that definition. It is a cheap trick played by many businesses. They have 1 or 2 junk items for the high percentage discount claimed and the rest are at their regular clearance prices. It would be a deal if they offered 60% off the psoted price on all their items.
