Free shipping is a lie.. Wait to you get to the checkout page.. they charge $5 shipping for every order. If they are going to charge shipping, even temporarily, they shouldn't say FREE SHIPPING on the webpage.. And this has been for 2 months so far:
" Dear Valued customers, 09-05-2012 At this time, due to circumstances beyond our control, we are only offering a flat rate $5 shipping on all US orders. Our company is still in business and is still fulfilling orders. We are backed up about 1 week due to this unforeseen problem but please be patient, as we will get your orders processed. We should be back up to 100% shipping capacity SOON. We appreciate your patience and patronage over the last 15 years."
